I sent them 3 rolls over a week ago and I haven't gotten anything back.
I'm getting pretty nervous. I guess I should have used UPS or Fed Ex but I was feeling lucky and sent them by regular USPS. How long does it usually take to get back from Dwayne's direct?

At $9.00 a roll, with Kodak in Switzerland being $5.59, why would you guys want to go to Dwaynes?

Having said that, the PK-59's apparently are out of stock, and I need some!
Does anyone know how to contact and/or send film to Kodak Switzerland?
How do we do this without PK-59 mailers?
    Has anyone done this?

I've sent my stuff to Dwayne's before and they always seem very nice. Susie, if I were you I would call and check to see if they recieved it. I always send my stuff through USPS, and I've gotten it back in just about 2 weeks, so I wouldn't worry you'll probably get it back any day now.

According to their website, if it arrives in the morning, ( I think it said by nine), it developed that same day.

    They do accept Fed Ex.

And they will push or pull kodachrome at $20.00 a roll, up to 5 rolls ($100.00) after that, no additional surcharge.

And they responded to my e-mail within an hour!

Thanks so much for viewing the web site. In reply to Susie's concern. The USPS is experiencing some difficultly which has delayed packages for as long as 4 weeks from California. As of this morning 10/23/01 we have not received your package. Just give us a call at 1-800-522-3940 and you can upgrade to Fedex when we receive your film. Fed ex and UPS do not seem to be experiencing the delays plagueing the USPS.

In reply to some other comments. Yes we are more expensive than Kodak if you use mailers, however we offer same day service and FedEx delivery. We are one of the most affordable labs for Kodachrome processing in the United States. We are also the only lab in the world offering Push/Pull services for Kodachrome motion picture film. If you are interested in our Push/Pull services see the sensitometric graphs for K25 and K40 speeds on our web site www.k14movies.com on the HTML page only under processing.

    Dwaynes is local.

    Dwaynes is responsive.

    Dwaynes offers push/pull processing.

Dwaynes may be able to do same day processing.

Dwaynes has a very thorough website that offers a lot of great info.

    Dwaynes is in the U.S.A.

    Heck, I may move there.
